Do you know about the yoga pose ‘Eka Hasta Vrksasana’? In this pose yogis balance upside down using one hand. The other hand and two legs are spread out, reaching three corners. Just imagine the core, wrist and mental strength required for that pose!
While yoga can require an incredible amount of strength, flexibility and vitality, yoga can also be easy and accessible to anyone. Many beginner yoga poses require little strength and flexibility. Additionally, all poses can be modified to be more comfortable for those with arthritis, limited mobility of other health issues. Considering the benefits of yoga, such as combatting stress, fatigue, and pain, it is a wonderful exercise for everyone.
