The Team

Development: The team of Kathleen Mackenzie, Dave Coombs, and Wendy Coombs specialize in integrated communities where quality and beauty prevail. This award-winning team created the signature communities of The Quarry in the Mission and Prospect at Black Mountain. Cadence at The Lakes is their newest development.

Sales: Bill Wendt and Eric Brenneman come to Cadence with more than 30 years of combined experience in some of the Central Okanagan's finest adult-oriented communities. Bill's involvement with sales at developments - including Sandstone, Sandpointe, Balmoral, The Greens at Balmoral, Sun Village and The Pointe on Gellatly Bay - has given him extensive knowledge of the unique advantages that come with these types of residences. Many of these communities share a number of characteristics with Cadence at The Lakes, which allows Bill and Eric to offer a great deal of insight into the wonderful lifestyle we offer in Lake Country.

Construction: Lee Shepherd is our Construction Manager, and has more than 30 years of home building experience, mostly in single-family strata communities. Lee brings superior quality and attention to detail into every home he builds.

Architecture: Sue McLean is our Architectural Designer. Sue has been specializing in the design of rancher-style, single-family homes in strata communities throughout the Okanagan for many years. She has designed most of the homes at Predator Ridge and throughout Canadian Adult Communities projects. Sue's talents show an understanding of how to make the best use of space.

Interior/Exterior Design: Eilleen Ritchie is our award-winning Designer. Her choices of exterior and interior materials and colours make Cadence homes truly outstanding.
