Building your dream home should be an exciting and stress-free experience. With Cadence at The Lakes, our New Home Consultant will guide you through our simple, step-by-step building process that results in the creation of your ideal home.

You may decide to move into a prebuilt Cadence home immediately, or take the time to customize your space to suit your personal tastes and budget.

Begin by selecting from one of seven unique floor plans and a range of home sites that suit the size and layout of your home. Once your floor plan is chosen, Cadence offers a choice between eight exterior colour packages that can be further customized with exterior elevation choices, lighting options and optional basement development. There are also a variety of customizing opportunities to personalize the interior of your home.
